About the Property

This 2,620 acre property offers a tremendous opportunity for farmers or investors to add fully permitted farmland to their portfolio. Ideally located, in south central Martin County, the property has all permits in place and offers a high percentage of plantable acreage. Permitted water delivery and drainage is available from the St. Lucie Canal which is located adjacent to the northern boundary of the property. Historically used for citrus production, the property is also perfect for row crops such as tomatoes, melons, green beans, etc. Portions of the property have been completely cleared for produce farming while other areas have citrus beds and trees remaining.

The property includes a large shop/office, manager’s house and covered equipment storage to allow for a turnkey operation.

As urban expansion continues in Palm Beach County, this property offers a rare combination of large, contiguous acreage in close proximity to the east coast!

With auction tract sizes from 58 acres to 802 acres and the ability to bid on a single tract, any combination of tracts, or the entire property, you have the opportunity to create the ideal property to suit your needs.

Property Location

The property is located southeast of Indiantown near the
intersection of Hwy 76 and HWY 710.

  • 20 Miles northwest of West Palm Beach Area
  • 30 Miles southwest of Port St. Lucie
